Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder

Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder. Over the last weeks dealing with Culture in Europe is getting increasingly difficult and so finding Beauty in our daily routine.

In big cities financial problems keep on being the top priority of Society, so having a good offer when it comes to Culture seems just a luxury that nobody can really afford anymore. Luckily, Theatres still offer good shows , as well as Art galleries, Bookstores but… everything becomes more and more Economy of Culture, that is to say Market.

Trying to find a real beauty in Culture Programs may be tough even in smaller cities. Still all of us try to save time and maybe money to benefit by it. Even if there’s lot of good “products” for free.

I’m trying to see Beauty where I’ve never seen it just right now, trying to grow and to improve as a person and as a serious writer. Since I’ll have to be based in a small town for two years for medical reasons, I still believe that there’s always Beauty but we must have the eyes of the Beholder to enjoy it. So I’ll be working to drive this blog in that new direction.

About Odile Milton

I travel through words whenever possible. Odile Milton is my signature on the web as I wanted an alter ego to indicate only my writings and works, not my personal life. Odile like the dancer in black swan, and Milton from the novel An old-fashioned girl. View all posts by Odile Milton
