When Fashion Designer are more than creative…tales from Tel Aviv

“It is a truism that city life as a fast rhythm, a dynamic of happenings and changes which is distinctly different from rural life. Tel Aviv is doubtlessly a typical example of this.

The hustle and bustle of Tel Aviv has been known around the world: for many it is the city that never sleeps.

But like any other big city, Tel Aviv is also blessed with small allies where the birds’ song can still be heard and with backyards where the city’s founders planted tall cypresses and wide ficus tree” …

These words were the basis for my discovering not only of Tel AViv’s creative Reality, but also to start following this amazing blog  www.masaot.com/english, by the designer Ilana Efrati and her daughter Or Rosenboim, historian at Cambridge.

Hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do.

About Odile Milton

I travel through words whenever possible. Odile Milton is my signature on the web as I wanted an alter ego to indicate only my writings and works, not my personal life. Odile like the dancer in black swan, and Milton from the novel An old-fashioned girl. View all posts by Odile Milton
